How much does a listing cost?
Claiming your listing is free. The subscription is $349.99 a year or $29.99 a month for your first location, and $99.99 a year or $9.99 a month for each additional location, not per therapist. There is no contract. If you cancel, your listing stays claimed with its free details; your description, photos and reviews are hidden for 12 months and return the day you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
Is being listed free?
Yes. Every clinic in the directory is listed at no cost, from public records. Claiming is free too: you prove the clinic is yours with a six-digit code emailed to it, then correct and publish your name, address, phone, hours, website, therapies, ages served and insurance, and the listing shows the Claimed and verified badge. Your own website can carry the Listed Clinic badge, which links to the listing. Nothing is charged while you claim. The subscription is the one paid tier; it adds placement, your description, photos, reviews and the inquiry form.
What do you actually do with my profile page?
We build it as a dedicated indexed page with structured data, link it from the relevant city and service pages, and work on its search visibility as part of how we run the site. It is not a template entry in a database.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No, and be cautious of anyone promising that. What you get is an indexed page you control and, with a subscription, placement first on our own city pages and in the clinical pages for your area.
What if I have more than one location?
Each location is its own listing, and each one can be claimed for free. On the subscription, every location after the first is $99.99 a year or $9.99 a month. Email hello@drsensory.com with any question about several locations.
How do inquiries reach me?
In your portal, once you subscribe. When a family writes from your profile, the address you gave for family inquiries is told that a message is waiting; you read it signed in, because what a parent writes about their child is health information, and you reply from your own address. We do not route through a call center and we do not sell your leads.
Which clinics can be listed in the DrSensory directory?
Outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology clinics. The directory lists clinics rather than individual therapists, so one listing covers your whole practice. Inpatient rehabilitation facilities and chiropractic practices are not listed.
Is a listing an endorsement from DrSensory?
No. We do not verify clinical quality, and we say so on every results page. A listing means a practice appears in the directory. It is not a recommendation, and no clinic can pay to be recommended in an article. The gold Verified clinic badge means the clinic subscribed and confirmed its own details, and it is not an endorsement either.
