Six printable guides, free and without a sign-up. Each one exists on this site as a full page you can read and as a PDF you can print, put on a fridge, or take into an appointment. Nothing here is behind an email form, because a guide that cannot be shared is not much use — and these are written to be handed to someone else. Three of them are as useful to a clinician or a teacher as to a parent.

The guides

Milestone checklist

Ten age bands from two months to three years, each with what most children can do and what is worth raising. Follows the current CDC checklists.

Free evaluation without a referral

You do not need a doctor's referral. The three routes to an evaluation, what each costs, and how to start one today.

School evaluation letter

The letter that starts a legal timeline, who to send it to, and what to do if the school refuses or suggests waiting.

Questions to ask at an evaluation

What to ask about goals, approach, home practice and progress, and how to tell a specific answer from an evasive one.

Sensory-friendly home checklist

Room by room, what to change first, and an honest section on which widely sold sensory items are oversold.

Adult sensory survival guide

For adults: knowing your own profile, what to ask for at work, and why recovery time is not optional.

How to use them

The page and the PDF hold the same content. The page is easier to read on a phone and is kept up to date; the PDF is what to print, and it carries the date it was last checked so you can tell whether the copy in your bag is current.

Take them with you. The milestone checklist and the evaluation questions are written to be filled in during an appointment, and both have space to write. The school letter is written to be copied and sent.

Share them. They may be printed and passed on freely for personal, clinical, or classroom use.
