These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.drsensory.com and the services available through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Separate terms apply to purchases from our shop — see Terms of Sale. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1 · Who we are

DrSensory LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Nevada.

2 · What DrSensory provides

  • Educational content on therapy, development, and health topics affecting children and adults.
  • A directory of occupational, physical, and speech therapy providers in the United States.
  • Services for providers, including claimed listings and featured placement.
  • A shop selling a small number of physical products.

What we do not provide: medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site is a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional, and no clinician-patient relationship is created by using it.

3 · Educational content only

Content on this site is provided for general educational purposes.

It is not medical advice, and it does not account for any individual's circumstances. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about your own or your child's health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.

Where content is reviewed by a named clinician, that review confirms accuracy at the time of publication within that clinician's stated scope. It is not a consultation, and it does not create a professional relationship with you.

4 · The provider directory

Listings are compiled from publicly available information, and providers may claim and update their own listings.

We do not verify clinical quality, competence, or outcomes. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of any kind.

You are responsible for your own due diligence — verifying licensure, credentials, insurance, and suitability directly with any provider before engaging them.

We are not a party to any arrangement between you and a provider. Any agreement, service, treatment, payment, or dispute is between you and them.

Featured placement is paid. Featured listings are labeled, and they appear ahead of unclaimed listings. Payment affects placement; it does not affect our editorial content, and no provider can pay to be recommended in an article.

Listing information may be inaccurate or out of date. Contact us at hello@drsensory.com to report an error, or to request removal of a listing.

5 · Inquiries sent through the site

Where you send an inquiry to a provider through this site, we pass your message and contact details to that provider so they can respond.

We do not guarantee a response. Some providers have not claimed their listing and may not be expecting messages from us. Contact details are shown so you can reach them directly.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it beyond the provider you contacted. See our Privacy Policy.

6 · Accounts

Some features require an account, including claimed provider listings.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Be responsible for activity under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, contains materially inaccurate information, or is used unlawfully.

7 · Content you submit

This covers reviews, comments, contributed articles, and anything else you post or send.

You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant DrSensory LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it in connection with operating and promoting the site.

You confirm that you have the right to submit it, it does not infringe anyone's rights, and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not submit content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or defamatory
  • Identifies a child, or discloses another person's health information
  • Alleges malpractice, negligence, or harm by a named provider — these should be raised with the relevant licensing board, not posted as a review
  • Is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful
  • Is promotional, or submitted by or on behalf of a competitor
  • Contains personal contact details

Reviews are moderated before publication. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to publish anything.

Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by DrSensory. A provider who believes a review breaches these terms can report it to hello@drsensory.com.

8 · Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the site unlawfully
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract directory data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the site's operation or security
  • Impersonate anyone
  • Use automated systems to submit content or inquiries
  • Use the directory to send unsolicited commercial communications

9 · Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to DrSensory LLC, except content you submit and material identified as belonging to others.

You may read, share links to, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or systematically copy any part of the site without written permission.

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email hello@drsensory.com with a description of the work, the URL, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. We investigate and remove infringing material.

The site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

11 · Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

12 · Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrSensory LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or dealings with any provider listed in the directory.

Our total liability in connection with the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DrSensory LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit.

14 · Age

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

15 · Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the last updated date appears at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17 · General

Severability — if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

No waiver — failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Entire agreement — these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and where applicable the Terms of Sale, are the entire agreement between us.

Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the business.
