1 · Who we are

2 · Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation, not your order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a pricing or description error has occurred, we can't ship to your address, or we suspect fraud. Where we cancel, we refund in full.
3 · Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. Changes don't affect orders already confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered before shipping, we'll contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel and refund.
4 · Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We don't store card details.
5 · Delivery

6 · Returns

7 · Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary between screens, and product packaging or minor specifications may change.
Age recommendations are guidance, not a substitute for supervision. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, and inspect items before each use — replace anything showing wear, cracks, or damage.
8 · Product safety
Products sold here are consumer goods, not medical devices, and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
