Therapy Guides by Age
What to expect at each stage, from early intervention through the school years and into adulthood.
Why these ages differ from the age hubs. These guides are grouped by who a service is for, so the oldest band runs to 21 — the upper limit of eligibility for school-based services under IDEA. The School-age and Teen hubs are grouped by life stage instead, and run 5–12 and 13–17. Use these guides to find out what a therapy involves; use the hubs to find everything written for a child that age.
