Why does claiming change what families see?

DrSensory lists therapy practices from public records so families can find care in their city. Those listings are accurate as far as public records go, but they are not yours to edit until you claim them. A verified profile shows the details families ask about first, such as your hours and website, sits above unclaimed listings on your city pages, and sends families' messages straight to you.

Is the listing check free?

Yes. It needs no account and no email address, and it shows only what your public profile already shows families.

Why does an unclaimed profile show less than a verified one?

An unclaimed profile is built from public records, so it shows your name, city, phone and address. A verified profile, one on a plan, also shows your website, hours, logo and photos, and families' messages come straight to you.

Where do families' messages go today?

On an unclaimed profile, a family's message comes to the DrSensory team, who pass it on. On a verified profile, it comes straight to you, in your portal.

What does claiming my profile cost?

Claiming is how you sign up: you confirm your email and choose a plan. Plans start at $29.99 a month or $349.99 a year for your first location, and $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year for each extra location.

What if my profile's details are wrong?

Claim your profile to correct them. Once you are on a plan, you can change your details, hours, services and photos anytime. If the listing is not your practice, write to hello@drsensory.com.
